The team of four reputed Journalists of India will be leading the voyage of JanGanManIndia program. Cumulative Experience of all four members is more than 120 years of Journalism. All four journalists are signatures in their respective stream. Two journalists have experience of TV reporting and anchoring of more than three decades. Another senior journalist is a prolific writer and has written seven books till now. The lady journalist is also a tv and radio personality having experience of two decades in media.
Mr. Anil Tyagi,
Anchor, Broadcaster, Editor, Printer, Publisher & Managing Director of gfiles. He is a senior journalist of national repute with vast experience of over 38 years in both print, electronic .and digital media. A law graduate and M.Com from Delhi School of Economics. University of Delhi with diploma in Journalism, he is at present working as an Editor of gfiles (www.gfilesindia.com) – a first-of-its-kind magazine & new website devoted to the Indian bureaucracy and governance of India since April 2007. He was Political Editor, Jain Television for four years. Before that, he worked with leading media houses such as Ananda Bazar Patrika (Ravivar) and Delhi Press.
Mr. Tyagi was awarded the best journalist award by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Sh. Chandra Shekhar in 1991.
He also served as a Political Advisor (Press) to a state government for three years. He has produced and directed about 50 corporate and documentary films and anchored over 1000 programmes live on subjects as diverse as current affairs, elections, business, and finance including live discussions on Budget, international affairs and so on.
He has the grip on the subjects like Changes in the Indian and Asian Society, emerging trends in Indian Media, the impact of TV in India, social subjects like Child marriage, abortions, love marriages in India and in the world and the impact of Internet on interpersonal relationships. He is also a member of the Editor’s Guild of India.
Alam Srinivas
With more than three decades of experience as an investigative business journalist, Alam Srinivas explores the nexus between Big Government and Big Business and exposes the underbelly of economic reforms. He has worked with prestigious media organizations such as the Times of India, India Today, Outlook, Business World, San Jose Mercury News, and bbc.com. He is an author of several books viz IPL and Inside Story: An Inside Story, Storms in the Sea Wind, Cricket Czars: Two Men Who Changed the Gentleman’s Game, Storms in the Sea Wind: Ambani vs Ambani, and The Indian Consumer: One Billion Myths, One Billion Realities. He appears as an expert on news channels and radio and gives lectures in colleges and B-Schools.
Prashant Tandon is a three-decade veteran in journalism and currently an independent media professional. Previously he was Editor-in-Chief of Freedom Express – news media house on digital platform. He is also Editorial Advisor to DFRAC – Digital Forensic Research and Analytics Centre and Media Studies Group – a communication think tank.

Besides being active in journalism he is also involved in media academics, public policy, research and training. A strong defender of Free Speech and Human Rights, Prashant is also associated with various think tanks and nonprofit organisations.

Jayant with an experience of three decades in media. Jayant has Worked with: The Times of India, NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), Observer Group, Times Now. He is a prolific writer and has written several stories like: ‘Pandemic, Migrant Workers and the Media’; IIMC Dhenkanal Monograph – Media In The Time Of Covid-19, Contributed to a book on Elections during the Pandemic. He has been associated with Print, TV, and Digital. He covered East & South Asia, Afghanistan, and Europe. He has also worked as on-field reporter, input coordinator, as well as an editor at the desk. He has worked as a consultant for Perfect Relations.
