Cancellation Policy

We don’t refund the support amount, once it is credited in our account Once the subscription/ support order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Only defective and damaged product/ merchandise purchased by customer can be returned within four working days from the day of delivery, if one can show the proof of damage. There is no policy to refund the support funds in whatsoever circumstances.   

Refund policy:

All disputes shall be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.
