धारा 370 हटने के बाद का कश्मीर?
On 26 October 1947, the Maharaja Hari Singh of Jammu & Kashmir signed the Instrument of Accession, the legal document that ceded J&K to the Dominion of India as per the Indian Independence Act 1947. Defence minister Rajnath Singh will be in Jammu and Kashmir to observe the 75th anniversary of J&K’s accession to India and airlifting of Indian troops into the erstwhile kingdom of Hari Singh. Defence Minister of India Rajnath Singh will chair an Army function in the Humhama area, where the landing of Indian troops at Srinagar airport on October 27, 1947, will be re-enacted. The IAF jubilee celebrations on establishment of headquarters in J&K too will be celebrated. The day is celebrated as Shaurya Divas. Govt of India has removed article 370 of the Constitution of India (Included in the Constitution on October 17, 1949, Article 370 exempts J&K from the Indian Constitution (except Article 1 and Article 370 itself) and permits the state to draft its own Constitution. It restricts Parliament’s legislative powers in respect of J&K.) How far J & K has travelled in 75 years.
